Special Advertising Opportunity For Consignors Only!

Something new is being offered to you for advertising:
If you would like your flyers to be put in our customer's bags, you will need to bring those flyers on drop off day for us to have ready in our customer's "take-home-packets." They can read your ad later and hopefully use your service and/tell someone about your.... horse for sale or training program. There is a fee and it will be better and cheaper than advertising in the local newspaper!

This fee is $15.00 and must be paid when you drop off your flyers. Please do not tape literature on the check out table or information table.

There will be a "Consignor Information Board" put up during the sale.  This is for you to check every time to come to the sale during the sale hours. This will provide information that is important to you. Check the board and then ask Lynn.  Consignors have always had the option to advertise free at this sale on the bulletin board. That is still available.

1. Horse and other animals for sale or lease.

2. Trucks, trailers and equipment for sale.

3. Specialty services (boarding, riding lessons, training programs, farier service, breeding, massage therapy, transporting, etc.)

4. Upcoming events (horse shows, trail rides, training clinics, hunter paces).

5. Dog training, pet sitting, grooming services.

6. Misc. (Hay for sale, grading services).

Types of Payments Accepted:

• Cash and North Carolina and Virginia checks only accepted.
• Checks must be verified with valid North Carolina or Virginia driver's license
  Information to be provided:
  * Correct address and telephone number
  * Date of birth
  * NC driver's license needs to be on the check
• No credit cards or credit card checks accepted!
• There is a $30.00 fee that will be charged by Equestrian Exchange in addition to any bank fees for checks that are returned with non-sufficient funds. This will apply to each returned check.  We participate in the Worthless Check Program of NC.
• An ATM Cashpoints in located on the NC State Fairgrounds next to the Dorton Arena.
  Hillsborough Street has several banks with ATM's. Wachovia is 1/2 mile from NC State Fairgrounds.
