Lower level of mall east end between entrance of Applebees' and JCPenney.
Only bring items that can fit in an elevator-wagons, buggies and larger items bring to Raleigh, NC fall 2010 sale. Hand trucks available.

From I-81 North or South
Take I-81 to Roanoke exit 143
Travel South to Route 419 Franklin Road Exit.
Turn right and Tanglewood Mall will be on the right.
From Martinsville, VA
Take 220 North to Franklin Road / Salem Exit
Turn left and Tanglewood Mall will be on the right.
From Lynchburg / Bedford VA
Take 460 West to I-581 South to Route 419 / Franklin Road Exit
Turn right and Tanglewood Mall will be on the right.
We do not have room at spring 2010 sale for extra large items such as
wagons, carriages or horse trailers. We can accommodate two wheel
training or show carts. Please let us reserve a space for these.

Please make arrangements if this drop off time conflicts with your schedule.
Allow some time to review the inventory list and check in your items!
Thursday, May 13, 2010 7 pm- 9 pm Special Sale hours for work Exchange only (new term for volunteers per the VA/ NC Law)
Open Shopping - Open to all shoppers
Friday, May 14, 2010 10 am- 9 pm
Saturday, May 15 , 2010 10-am- 9 pm
Sunday, May 16, 2010 - Last day of sale and some items discounted 11 am - 6 pm.
Monday, May 17, 2010 11:30 am- 4 pm - Consignor Pick up unsold items if not donating
Allow some time to check out your unsold items.
Equestrian Exchange must vacate the building.
Items not picked up by 5 pm May 17, 2010 will become the property of the Equestrian Exchange to be donated to a horse related program.
If you would like to help with transporting items for drop off and/ or pick up for another consignor- please have their inventory checked well with consignor, consignors need to pre-register and inform us who will be helping.
If you need to make arranagements for another drop off or pick up time, it must be approved prior.
Please make arrangements for pick up with another consignor, friend or family
member, if you can not personally make it on pick up day.

The Holshouser Building is the large round brown building on the fairgrounds property.
Located between the NC State fairgrounds Flea Market and NC State Hunt Horse Complex
The NC State Fairgrounds are easily accessible from the I-440 beltline, Interstate 40
Convenient from Blue Ridge Road, NC Hwy 54 (Hillsborough Street) and Edward's Mill Road.
It is across the street from the NC State Veterinary School, Raleigh.
The term (worker exchange) is the new proper term to call volunteers that
give their time to help for exchange to shop early for this sale and the
discount day. This is required by the NC state law.
** Please note shopping for work exchange- volunteers shopping hours and way it was in the past has changed from the previous years. **
Fall 2010 Sale Dates
Tuesday Aug 31, 2010 6 pm- 9 pm- Consignors w/ more than 100 items, confirm w/ pre-registration.
Wednesday September 1, 2010 10 am - 9:00 pm Any Consignors drop off items

September 2, 2010 1 pm- 9 pm - Consignors shopping
September 2. 2010 Thursday 5 pm- 9 pm. Special Preview Shopping Sale - For anyone not consigning or volunteering-open to public with fee.
($6.00 per person admission) Children less than age 12 no admission fee. The ONLY open public selling on September 2, 2010, will be the hours of the special preview sale requiring admit fee.

Pick up unsold times unless donating.
Due to the agreement to vacate the building on this day-all items must be picked up or considered donated by 5 pm. September 7, 2010.
No phone calls will be made to consignors or helpers as reminders for items to be picked up.
Please consider consigning, being a worker exchanger-volunteer to shop first! Get the best deals.
Help in any pre-opening or after the sale is over to organize and straighten from sale day, set up racks, pull tags and enjoy being around fellow equestrians who LOVE horse stuff and talking about riding and anything and everything related to this sport. 8 hour minimum of your time for exchange to shop.
Equestrian Exchange must vacate the building. There is no storage available.
REMINDER: All unsold items not picked up by 5 pm on pickup day will become the property of the Equestrian Exchange
and will be donated to a horse related program.
Please make arrangements to have another friend or family member if you can not
make it on pick up day.
Equestrian Exchange will not store items until next sale.
Equestrian Exchange cannot transport items and deliver for another pick up time
