Only bring items that can fit in an elevator-wagons, buggies and larger items bring to Raleigh, NC fall 2008 sale. Hand trucks available.

Schedule of Events:
Sale dates April 18-20, 2008:
Wednesday, April 16- Set up and check in.
Wednesday April 16, Consignors drop off from 4pm -8 pm.
Please make arrangements if this drop off time conflicts with your schedule.
Allow some time to review the inventory list and check in your items!
Thursday April 17, Consignors drop off from 9am -4 pm.
Thursday April 17 Volunteers only shop 6pm -9 pm
Friday April 18 Consignors and volunteers shop 8:30am -9 pm.
Friday April 18 Open to all shoppers 9 am-9 pm
Saturday April 19 Open to all shoppers 9 am- 9 pm.
Sunday April 20 Last day of sale (some items are discounted)
Sunday, April 20 Volunteers only shop 8 am- 5 pm.
Sunday April 20 Consignors shop 9 am- 5 pm.
Sunday April 20 Open to all shoppers 10-5 pm
Sunday April 20 5 pm- until All unsold items are sorted-volunteers still needed.
Monday April 21 Pick up unsold items 10- 4pm.
Allow some time to check out your unsold items.
Equestrian Exchange must vacate the building.
Items not picked up by 5 pm April 21 will become the property of the Equestrian Exchange to be donated to a horse related program unless specific arrangements have been made with Lynn prior to pick up.
Please make arrangements for pick up with another consignor, friend or family member.
Items must be picked up on pick up day.
Equestrian Exchange will not store items until next sale.
Equestrian Exchange cannot transport items and deliver for another pick up time.

The Holshouser Building is the large round brown building on the fairgrounds property.
Located between the NC State fairgrounds Flea Market and NC State Hunt Horse Complex
The NC State Fairgrounds are easily accessible from the I-440 beltline, Interstate 40
Convenient from Blue Ridge Road, NC Hwy 54 (Hillsborough Street) and Edward's Mill Road.
It is across the street from the NC State Veterinary School, Raleigh.

Wednesday August 27 Set up and check in.
Wednesday August 27 Consignors drop off 6pm- 9pm
Thursday August 28 Consignors drop off 9 am- 4 pm
Thursday August 28 Volunteers only shop 6 pm- 10 pm.
Thursday August 28- New this sale! Preview Sale anyone can shop 8 pm- 10 pm.
This preview sale does require a $5.00 cash admission per person. (age 10 under free with adult.)
Friday August 29 Consignors and volunteers shop 9 am- 9 pm
Friday August 29 Open to all shoppers 10 am- 9 pm.
Saturday August 30 Open to all shoppers 10 am- 9 pm
Sunday August 31 Open to all shoppers 10 am - 9 pm
Monday September 1 Last day of sale (some items are discounted)
Monday September 1 Volunteers shop 8 am- 5 pm
Monday September 1 Consignors shop 9 am- 5 pm.
Monday September 1 Open to all shoppers 10 am- 5 pm.
