Policies:
Drop Off Policy
- Check in at the information desk to verify information, first.
- When you bring your items to be sold, there will designated areas for your
things to be distributed throughout the sale.
- You will put them in the designated areas.
- Volunteers will help.
- The areas of discipline are marked.
Pick up policy:
- Items will be sorted and arranged for you by consignor numbers.
- Unsold items that are not picked up will become the property of Equestrian
Exchange and will be donated to a horse-related program of need.
- If you plan for someone else to pick up your items, then the consignor
needs to inform Equestrian Exchange prior to pick up for security purposes.
- If there is a problem, let us know prior to pick up.
- Checks will be mailed four weeks after the sale is over
- There are three areas to look for your unsold items with pick up. They are:
1. items on the table
2. hanging clothes and items on the rack
3. unsold saddles and large items
Hopefully everything will sell to bring you a nice check!
- Please realize, Equestrian Exchange must vacate the building per the rental
agreement, so try to come during the designated hours for pick up.
