Worker Exchange Helpers (Volunteers) are needed!

If you or your organization would like to volunteer to help with the Equestrian Exchange Sale, please Contact Us and let us know.

Worker Exchange Helpers (formerly known as volunteers) are needed to pass out flyers to local barns, feed stores, horse shows, rodeos and clinics prior to the sale.

Worker Exchange Helpers are especially important and needed on sorting times, immediately following the sale on the last day, to have items ready for consignors to pick up.

Worker Exchange Helpers are very much appreciated for this type of sell to take place.

In order to keep commissions low and provide a quality consignment sale for fellow equestrians, the help of Worker Exchange Helpers is needed and appreciated.

It is a benefit for the Worker Exchange Helpers to get the chance to shop first, even before the consignors to get the best deals on the best tack and horse stuff!

Your hours will be confirmed prior to the sale. Thank you. Worker Exchange Helpers shop before consignors and consignors shop before the general public!

You can have first chance at the great deals by shopping first!

Any volunteer that agrees to help and benefits from shopping early is expected to fulfill their obligation, unless there is an emergency. In the event that a volunteer commits and shops early and doesn't fulfill their time slot, they will not be able to participate in any way with the Equestrian Exchange Sales in the future, including shopping.

Worker Exchange Helpers that help on the last day of drop off will need to wait until the "volunteer shopping time period" to accumulate their items to purchase. This is only to keep things fair for all that volunteer.

Worker Exchange Helpers are to sign in and out on days helping to keep track of hours given to the Equestrian Exchange Sale.

A minimum of a 8 hour time slot needs to be given to this sale to benefit with shopping early on the volunteer shopping times.

4-H groups or any other type of organization are encouraged to help as a service project.

I will need help with setting up and tearing down racks and tables. If you know of anyone that would like to help with that responsibility as well, please contact us.
