We have changed our advertising program. Instead of inserting flyers in shoppers bags, you may now purchase a 8 1/2" x 11" spot at a prominently displayed table. This will hopefully help you reach a greater audience since your advertisement will be available to view for the entire weekend. It should also save you money on printing costs since only those interested in your service or product will pick up your flyer. For example, a boarding barn in Raleigh did not need to send home flyers with shoppers from Virginia and a Quarter Horse stud flyer did not reach the best audience when it went home with a draft horse breeder. This should help your advertisements reach their intended audience more efficiently.
*Bring your ad or ads to drop-off and we will place it prominently for all shoppers to view and/or take.
*We will post at least one of your flyers in a clear plastic folder adhered to the table so it will be available all weekend. You can bring 1 flyer or hundreds. The option is yours.
*Advertisements can be full page flyers, business cards, magazines, samples, etc. Coupons work especially well. It must fit in a 8 1/2" x 11" area (size of regular piece of paper).
*For out of town businesses, you can ship your advertisements to us and we will display them. Your payment must be enclosed & we must receive them at least 10 days before the start of our sale.
*We only accept advertisements for items that cannot be consigned to the sale (sorry, no individual saddle or tack ads. Tack Store ads are acceptable).
*The $20 fee must be paid when you drop off your flyers.
*Any left over flyers can be picked up during consignor pick-up.
